I have been having a bad connection on my 5G homespot for about two weeks already and it is impacting my job, as I do home-office. O2 team said they estimated a solution until last week (5.12), and no new prediction is available. Internet drops multiple times during the day, making it impossible to have a work meeting.
I still have one year of contract, but I dont want to pay for a service this bad. What are my options? Can I have an early termination without paying outstanding fines because of the bad service?
