I tried to recharge my new sim, it was successfully debited from my bank but didn’t reflect on mu balance. I tried to dispute from the bank but I was advised to contact o2 to initiate the return of funds. Can you help?

how long ago was the transfer? If incorrect information is provided in the intended purpose, the money will be transferred back.

I can't see your prepaid contract at the moment. If you log in with your My o2 account, which belongs to your prepaid number, I can check what's going on directly. Alternatively, you can contact the prepaid hotline on 0176 88 85 52 82 or the chat. Have you been able to resolve the problem in the meantime?
