What is your question?

If you ordered a phone from an o2 shop and it was not available at the time, you can only collect it from that shop if that is what you arranged.

If you ordered from the online store U will get it by parcel.

I order iphone 16 pro max on 29 december i have an order number when i track my order its shows in process and still it’s showing in process so how many days it take to delivered 

On Monday the will start sending out. Between the holidays they stop sending parcels.

Orders will be sent out from 7th January so you should probably receive yours towards the end of the week.

Same is here. I ordered Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra on 27.12.2024, and since then my order’s status is “In processing”. I cannot find any justification why it could take so long. It is the first time (and obviously the last time) I buy a phone from O2 or any other mobile provider.

Its been two weeks, and 8 business days.

​@elshad The same applies to you. Many orders have piled up due to the shipping pause, so stay patient and if you are lucky you will receive your device at the end of the week. ..

​@jsc I appreciate your your support and your suggestion to stay patient. But now its a moot point. We can say the same statement for any occasion and any period of time, right? - 1 week, 2 weeks, a month, half of the year. Anyways, the impression is already ruined. Even the Chinese merchants deliver from China to Germany within two weeks. Any local online store delivers within a week. That is the point that I want to stress out - we have something to compare. Of course in the current circumstances I can only wait, but as a future customer having a deal with O2 is a big no-no for me. And definitely would not recommend to anyone.

Nice that you have also found your way to the o2 Community, even if the reason is not a nice one. I can understand your displeasure.

I see that jsc has already written you the right answer. There was a shipping pause between 27.12.2024 and 06.01.2025 due to a system changeover. All orders received during this period will now be processed one by one.
Take a look here.
As soon as your order has been processed and the phone has been shipped, you will receive a notification. Until then, I can only ask for your patience.
