Hello, I've ordered an iPhone 16 pro max 256gb Titanium Black back in 29th December, it's been 2 week and my order status is stil "In Progress"

In the website it shows that this iPhone model is immediately available for delivery and it'll take 2-3 days!!!

I really need the phone before 14th January as I'll visit another country. What I can do now?
