I ordered an ipad pro, i had to pay an anzahlung. I have done that on the second of august. The ipad was right away available on the site, between 2-4 days, havent heard anything yet.
I called, they cant find my payment, yet the status in the email shows as paid.
Was transferred 3x on the phone, and then the connection was broken. So i still have no answer what happened. Can i send an o2 worker a private message about this?
