I ordered an ipad pro, i had to pay an anzahlung. I have done that on the second of august. The ipad was right away available on the site, between 2-4 days, havent heard anything yet.

I called, they cant find my payment, yet the status in the email shows as paid.

 

Was transferred 3x on the phone, and then the connection was broken. So i still have no answer what happened. Can i send an o2 worker a private message about this?

I did receive my sim card in the mail today. But i dont want that vertrag if i dont get the ipad.. Since then its a bit useless to me.


In the inbox it says this:

So what now? When do i get an answer?? I need to cancel this vertrag if i dont get the ipad.

why cant i respond on the private message? Thats a bit annoying. Will i hear something today? It also says on the site that the ipad is now not even available anymore, when i ordered it was. This service has been very disappointing i have to say.

we’ve switched to personal messages to exchang the data necessary to check the account, all further communication is usually handled here in the threads.

I can’t say if my co-workers will get in touch with you today or within the next couple of days, I’m afraid.

There would indeed be a delay if the device is not available anymore :frowning2: I can’t give you an estimate right now, we’ll need to wait for the feedback of the order department before we can make any predictions.

Will they contact me via email? Im not available on phone. And what if i dont get an answer on time, cause i did receive the sim card. But i dont want the vertrag for that if i dont get the ipad. So will that then be cancelled if i would not get the ipad?

they’ll most likely get the order done, which will then lead to an email regarding the status.

The SIM and the iPad are connected, they are a so called “Verbundvertrag”, the SIM-Tariff would receive a discount because you’ve bought additional hardware.

Meaning: Without the connected hardware contract, the SIM-Tariff can be cancelled. This does not always happen automatically, so a heads-up for that would be great.

Ok thank you, but would nice to get an update if i really will get it and what time frame i can expect it. On the phone they talked about not finding the payment and maybe the bonitatsprufung not done yet. But why would they send me the sim card if the bonitat was not ok..

you’re welcome!

Almost every “bundle” is being sent out seperatly. Even though the contracts are connected, each one is a contract of its own with its own customer ID attached. The checks are done on customer ID basis, that’s why you’ve only received a mail for the iPad, not for both. The checks on the SIM-side are done, so they went on with the delivery. I hope this explains the delivery and the process a bit!

Hello, still havent heard and i do want an answer as soon as possible of what i can expect. It seems it isnt even online on the site anymore with the pencil. So if its not available i just want my money back. Cause i dont think its very ok to let me pay and then dont tell me when its coming or if i even get it. So when can i expect an answer of what is going on?

Hello, a week ago when i called they already said my anzahlung was being paid back, that was already in the works. But now a week later still have not received anything. It does not take that long to transfer something. Give me back my money, thanks.

Hi everyone I ordered for an iPad and it's already been a week and some days. I still haven't received tracking just confirmation of order number and whenever I check it out on the status website, it says still in progress. What might b the problem here?
