Hello,

 

My wifi is not working since this morning. I work from home and it is affecting me. I called the English customer line and they informed that there is an outage in the area which will be fixed by tomorrow 18:00 pm. However, I faced this issue before and was informed the same but actually there was no outage. Could you please confirm this?

My fritz box is from O2, so it could be a problem with that as well. English hotline never book any technician and just direct to the german hotline number. 

I unplugged and plugged back all the wires and still nothing worked.

nice that you've found your way to our community 😊 Even if the reason isn't a nice one.

It's annoying that your connection isn't working. Have you already had the problem checked? Try our o2 My Service app,
which can already be used to identify and rectify some errors. If a direct contact is necessary for your error pattern,
the app will give you the number of the specialist department at the end of the check.
