If you want to take the number from us to a new provider, please top up 24,95€ credit (that's how much the porting costs), then let us know and we will set the opt-in.
When this happens you go to your new provider and tell them that you want to take the number with you. The new provider is responsible for everything else.

if the number is to be ported before the end of the contract, then you must let us know once so that we can set the release.
After that you contact your new provider with the request that you want to take the number with you.
If you want to port the number after the end of your contract, you do not need to set a release and you contact your new provider after the end of your contract with us with the request to take the number with you.

I have just checked everything for you. At the moment, the porting will take place by the end of your contract on 10th September 2020.
But as you already told us, you would like to port your number as soon as possible. Therefore, I just have released your number. You have got an SMS as confirmation. Please contact now your new provider and order an immediate porting of your number.
We will charge the service with the normal porting fee of 6,82 €.
I hope you manage now to port your number.

If you have still an amount on your card after the porting, do not worry. You just fill out this form: http://g.o2.de/pre-auszahlung We will then transfer the remaining amount to your private bank account.

I just had a look and found out that your prepaid-mobile-phone number was released today. Therefore, just address your new provider now and ask for the porting of your number.
We will charge you with 6,82 € for the porting of your number. Therefore, make sure that you have this amount still as credit on your old card.
If you have still a remaining amount on your card after the porting, you have the possibilz´ty to fill out this form: return of remaining amount to your bank-account We will then transfer the remaining amount to your personal bank-account.
