So basically I ordered iphone 14 pro max and paid for it using Klarna. I paid the initial one time fee for it and Klarna went on timeout. I didn’t received any confirmation of my payment, so I called the hotline and they said your order was rejected and your payment is not done, or maybe it is done and you will get a refund in one week. I also contacted my bank just to confirm if the transaction was successful and they said yes it is for sure sent to the Telefonica Company. Now, its been 3 weeks and I still did not got my refund. I contact the hotline and they say they cannot do anything. I tried emailing Impressum@cc.o2online.de describing my whole situation and even attached the proof of payment but they don’t even reply. Does that mean I am scammed for 185,66 Euros? Its a huge company with poor handling of financial stuff. I do not even know what to do now. Help me out please !

Did you check your klarna account and have you been refunded by now?
It is common that the refund takes a while (10 days). But not three weeks.
So if you have not been refunded by now, I am going to contact the relevant devision, ask them to check on your case and accelerate proceedings.

Its been around 1 month now, can you tell me why it is taking so much time? I need to buy a phone. I paid the initial price and my contract was rejected, so I should get my refund in 1-2 weeks so I can buy it from somewhere else. But O2 hold my money for so long that I can’t even buy it from somewhere else. It is an urgent request, please refund !

Locating your payment, which was without a customer ID (because of the cancellation) and locating your Klarna- Account took this long.

It was a rejection due to low credit score. But it has been more than 3 weeks now that I have not received a refund of the same amount , I have checked with both the bank and my Klarna account

Okay, so I am also facing the same problem and it is almost impossible to communicate properly with customer service. However, at the moment, I neither have a new phone nor a very useful money - my own money- when buying a new phone. It is a very bad impression for such a big company and this situation definitely needs to be reported.
