Hi there

My contract account doesn't show me how much data I have used vs available on my o2 account/app for past 2-3 months. It just shows an error message.

I previously asked for this to be fixed over the client service hotline, but it has not been fixed so far. 

Can you assist with having this functionality fixed

would you mind sending us a screenshot?

The error message alone is the important part. With that, we can contact our portal department again in order to get it fixed.

No, still showing errors. I logged into the website as well as the app- screenshot below of errors.

 


Hi, mein O2 app doesn’t show data consumed and I have deleted and reinstalled it but same issue. Would you please check.
