Hello,
I was deactivated because there was not enough money in my bank account for O2 to debit. Now I have paid the money to the bank with the reference ID sent to me, but still don’t have access to making calls or browsing with my number?
What can I do?
Kind regards,
Emmanuel
Hello @epastor
Are you looking for prepaid or a fixed-term contract?
Regarding a mobile phone contract with us: If you wrote your customer number in your transfer, you have done everything correctly and the payment was credited to your customer account within 1-3 days
Once this happens, your contract will be unlocked within 48 hours.
Has this already happened to you in the meantime?
Best regards, Kathi

Hello @o2_Kathi ,
I am using a prepaid contract. It has taken more than a week and none of the payments I made have been confirmed. Also, trying to reach the customer service has been herculean. I really think O2 should make this easy. There is a hotline, but I can’t still call because my line has been banned from calling or even sending text messages.
In addition to that, I also think it doesn’t make sense to just cut off a customer because you tried to debit his/her account and it failed the first time. What happens to sending a message and giving a grace period?
I am just dissappointed to be honest.
Best regards,
Emmanuel

Hi @epastor /Emmanuel,
You say that you have a prepaid contract with us, so I have already looked to see if I can find your contract and help you now. Unfortunately I wasn't successful, so I've now written you a private message, please answer my questions to o2_Support and then get back to me here in the thread.
Kind regards, Maren
