Porting number


Hey community, I need to port my number and am not having any luck finding how to do so in my O2 account area. Would love some help please :)

Hi!

You want to port your phone number to o2 or away from o2?

You have a o2 prepaid card? Right?

Prepaid — port away from O2!

  1. Please wait (maybe for few days)  An o2 employee will give you further support (the have an o2 logo behind their nick names)
  2. You need the permission for porting your phone number (opt-in)
  3. You will receive a confirmation via SMS on your o2 prepaid card.
  4. Cancel existing packs at the end of the term
  5. Top up 24.95 Euro on your o2 prepaid card (porting fee).
  6. Give the other provider the order to port your number
  7. After porting your o2 prepaid card will be deactivated.

your prepaid number now has the permission to be tranferred to your new provider. :ballot_box_with_check:

Is my number still possible for porting? It was a while ago that I requested it. I would like to port still.

Is it concerning your number in your community-profile?

 

This number is already deactivated. Therefore, you just need to go to your new provider now in order to ask for the porting. We do not need to release your number anymore.

 

From the time of your deactivation you have 90 days in order to port your number to another provider. We will charge you with a porting-fee of 29,95 €.

Thanks for the information. I received confirmation from you on 18th of October that my number was available for porting, therefore it has been more than 90 days

Also my number is a prepaid without tariff. It’s o2 loop

If you still have a credit on your old sim-card after the porting, you can use this document: credit pack-back You will then receive the amount back on your bank account.

 

Please note that we charge you with 24,95 € for the porting of your number. This amount needs to be as credit on your old sim-card.

Hello, I want to port my number from premiumsim to o2.

i gave order to premiumsim but i did not receive any comfirmation from o2 yet.

if you have a postpaid tariff the sim will be activated within 21 days and the contract starts with the monthly fee.
