Gern habe ich einmal für dich nachgesehen. Du hattest deine SIM-Karte zu lange nicht aufgeladen, aber wie ich sehe hast du bereits Kontakt zur Hotline gehabt und Guthaben aufgeladen. Passt nun alles so?

Ich bin noch nicht sicher mein Nummer werde kündigen oder nicht. Können sie bitte mir wissen das Kündigung SMS nicht gültig ist weil ich habe Guthaben aufgeladen.

ich gehe davon aus, dass durch die Aufladung die Karte nicht gekündigt wird, erkundige mich aber zur Sicherheit einmal bei den Kollegen von Prepaid und melde mich hier wieder, wenn ich Rückmeldung erhalte.

I received feedback from our prepaid collegues todey.

You topped up the credit in time and your card now runs until March 23rd 2023. The credit that you had on the card before was also reactivated by them.

Hi Andrea! My sim card is not working now, you mentioned that with the top up recharge you won't cancel the number. Could you please look at this? And i really want to keep this number. Please let me know why my sim is not working at the moment.

Please let me check in with the relevant devision and ask them about the circumstances of your case.

how are you? I checked in with our colleagues last week and asked them about your SIM card
Unfortunatly the SIM card was not in use and recharged for a too long time and could not be reactivated.
Even after trying to cancel the termination process.
If you are interested in keeping your phone number, please check the following link:

It contains all information for transrfaring your number to o2 or another provider.
