New mobile phone as part of existing contract

Hello,

I have been a customer of O2 Germany for more than 4 years.  I have had a contract throughout that whole period but never received a new phone from O2 - I used my existing phone.

I now need to get a new phone and was wondering if I can get one from O2 within the parameters of my current contract, perhaps on the grounds of loyalty.  I remember that I was once entitled to this after a couple of years when I was an O2 customer in the UK.

I would be grateful for your advice.
