hello 

 

are you kidding O2 ... I have a bills for December ( 62 Euro ) and it's must be (30 Euro) and the last month it was ( 190 Euro )  and you said to me that you will block the third Partner companies and contact with them and get my money back 

I didn't get my money and they still taking money through your bills 

I need a solution now !!! 

it's not my problem it's yours because someone take money through your Bill's from my account where is the fucking security of being costumer with you !!!!!

 

Solution 1: Get in touch with the third party and cancel the service!(!!!!)

Solution 2: Get in touch with the third party and ask for a refund!(!!!!)

Solution 3: Go into the customer portal and make sure that third party payments are blocked. If not, tick the boxes as appropriate!(!!!!)
