Hi,

 

Could you please kindly assist me with finding my invoices? When I go to Mein O2 Ubersicht there is no such tab, and accessing from the link provided in the first e-mail with first invoice, I get ‘Entschuldigung (...)’ as there is some issue.

You have to register your o2 DSL contract with the landline phone number (German: Rufnummer) that belongs to your o2 DSL contract before you can use “Mein o2”. After that you can long-in to “Mein o2” with your phone number and click on “Rechnung”. If no invoice has been created yet, you can of course not look at an invoice. You will be notified by e-mail about the availability of an new invoice in "My o2".

welcome to our community. Unfortunately you can’t use the community login to access to your personal contract details. Please log out and sign in to your DSL contract at first.

Go here when you are at home at your DSL connection. Enter your personal identification code (PKK) at Login/ "Jetzt registrieren" and click "Register now"  Then set your username and password of your choice which you can use to log in from now on. Attention with the username: Don’t take your landline number or the emailadresse. Take something between 5 to 30 characters and maximum 5 digits. Attention with the password: The password might include the following special characters: !#$*+-.?_ The lenght between 8 und 30 characters, you need at least four different characters. Please make sure your browser accepts cookies. Otherwise you can’t login and get back to the point you once started.
