my name is Ernest with mobile number XXXXXXX.
I received a letter from o2 about €250 bill which I don’t understand because on the 17th of December,account was TG took €44.50 from my bank account.I made a transfer of €100 to the account details provided in the letter.O2 went ahead to block my calls and data.On the the 28th I received a call from a customer care representative asking me to pay the remaining amount of €166.56. I received another letter the following day asking me to pay €200 which is rediculous.please I need some explanations to this because I am confuse.thank you
