Voicemail

Hi O2_Sven.  I have a monthly prepaid plan that gets auto-paid every month.  My spouse does too.  My voicemail is not setup (her’s is).  I get a message that says I need to load-up more on my prepaid card to use voicemail.    Why is that?  Can I have someone setup my voicemail for me?  thanks!
