Hello, 

I am a 02 customer with the Free M Mobile Plan and I made a 11 minutes to call from Germany to France and then I traveled to France and from France called Germany for another 9 minutes. 

I haven’t left the EU and only made those 2 calls, and my verbindungen cost is over 60 euros!! 

How has this happened? Can someone explain this to me? 

I have travelled in the EU with O2 before using my data package normally and nothing ever happened, so I don’t think its data also. 

I don’t understand why is it this high?

Edit: If I calculated correctly, according to the European Act, it should be 0,22 per minute, so it should not be even near that limit. 

I also cannot find the itemized description of the charges, how can I be billed if I don’t even know how you calculated my billing?
