Hello, on March 12th, 2023 I ordered two prepaid SIM cards for me and wife via the website. My card arrived a few days later and the second card still hasn't arrived. At the same time, on March 21, I received a message in the gmail that someone had started the procedure for activating the card (which was not delivered). Most likely it fell into the wrong hands or got lost. Should I ignore this and just buy another prepaid card from the store?
