It’s absolutely mindblowing.

I ordered a 4G for home contract. Got a SIM etc etc. but it barely works with awful signal even though I live in a 100k city. Speeds are unbearably low, delay car reach 1 second.

Now I want to change it to DSL, because even that would be better. But I see ABSOLUTELY no ways to do it. No options to change it on the website or in the app, no support AT ALL (no emails, whatsapp support doesn’t work at all with some technical error). So I have absolutely no place to even write my question. I call the hotline, wait for a workers and they hang up on me not even letting me finish my question. 

 

What should I do? Is there any way to solve problems or I’d better going to court straight away?

Yes, please pay a lawyer lots of money to go to court and sue o2 for something. That would definitely be the best solution for you!

But seriously, back in the real world…

I have no idea where you see a scam here. If the service is not as good as you expected at your address, which can have several reasons, you have 14 days to test the service in which you can cancel the contract. Then if you wish you can order DSL instead.

If you are having issues with the internet connection, then this is of course not a good thing. First thing you could try, is to see if there are any reports for your area in our LiveCheck. And if you are really not satisfied with the product, then as bs0 already said you could withdraw from the contract within the first 14 days assumung that you ordered the contract online or through the hotline.
