It’s absolutely mindblowing.
I ordered a 4G for home contract. Got a SIM etc etc. but it barely works with awful signal even though I live in a 100k city. Speeds are unbearably low, delay car reach 1 second.
Now I want to change it to DSL, because even that would be better. But I see ABSOLUTELY no ways to do it. No options to change it on the website or in the app, no support AT ALL (no emails, whatsapp support doesn’t work at all with some technical error). So I have absolutely no place to even write my question. I call the hotline, wait for a workers and they hang up on me not even letting me finish my question.
What should I do? Is there any way to solve problems or I’d better going to court straight away?
