I live in 98693, ilmenau.
In March,2021 I made a 2 year contract for LTE/4G.
I am facing internet problem in my area since last 1-2 months and it seems like no one is hearing this problem.
I called the customer service and there is no positive response from them.
Is there any process to break my contract as this is problem from O2?
Please help me.
