Prepaid: Balance added, but money not deducted from bank


Hi,

 

A balance (guthaben) was added to my O2 loop account but the money did not debit from my bank account. And I closed my bank account. What should I do?

Thanks very much for the reply. O2 automatically deducted the 15 Euros + a 4 Euro fine from my credit balance. So the problem is now resolved.

Hi,

Meinem O2-Prepaid-Loop-Konto wurde ein Guthaben hinzugefügt, aber das Geld wurde nicht von meinem Bankkonto abgebucht. Und ich habe mein Bankkonto geschlossen. Was muss ich tun, um das Lastschriftmandat zu kündigen?

Hi,

I have an O2 prepaid loop number. I got a message from O2 that a SEPA-mandate would be debited from my bank account for 15 Euros on 22.12. I would like to cancel this mandate and pay the bill by bank transfer. I would really appreciate if someone can help me with this.

You can change your bank account in our My o2 app. If you want to delete the direct debite mandate, you have to send us a written request:

Thanks for your reply. I’m not in Germany anymore and my bank account for the SEPA is closed. Can I transfer the 15 Euros directly or is it possible to deduct it from my credit balance?

Hi @CRques , 

have you already successfully withdrawn your SEPA mandate through our colleagues?
If we can still support you, please let us know. 
Of course you also have the possibility to transfer the 15 € directly if there is not enough credit at the moment. 
Do you have the bank details at hand?
