Hi I have a problem with the prepaid SIM card data plans. I cancelled a data plan to change to a new one, but I was immediately charged for the old data plan (9.99€) which I didn’t use at all. I thought the cancellation of data will start next payment date, so I can use the data this month, but it isn’t. It just charged me money without offering any data.
Could you please help to refund the money?

or
you can unsubscribe from the pack at the end of the term, then it will end on the date and can still be used until then.
If you do not unsubscribe in time, the pack will be booked again.
