Hi I have a problem with the prepaid SIM card data plans. I cancelled a data plan to change to a new one, but I was immediately charged for the old data plan (9.99€) which I didn’t use at all. I thought the cancellation of data will start next payment date, so I can use the data this month, but it isn’t. It just charged me money without offering any data.
Could you please help to refund the money?
