Hi I have a problem with getting charged for the prepaid SIM card data plans. I just charged my account with €15 and immediately it got deducted to €9 something, maybe it automatically renewed my account existing plan.
The problem is I want to change my plan, so I switched to another plan and was cancelling the original one, then I got charged again. Now I only got $4 in my account and I'm so confused why am I paying €11 for 3,5gb data?? Can you please refund the money?
