Take a mobile number from o2 to other provider will cost you 29,95 Euro.
I can see that the porting order for your prepaid account has been processed, your number is now free to be imported by a different provider.

I see that your number has already been approved for porting. This release is still valid until 03.06. You can apply for the porting of your number until then! If you want to port the number after this date or apply for porting after this date, you can simply set a new release later.
By the way: you can also set up the porting declaration yourself and therefore do not have to contact the customer service.
You can do it online at Mein o2. An explanation where to find it online you can find here: Mein o2.
There you can read, that the menue point “Tarif & SIM-Karte” you need to go to “Vertrag verwalten”:
And there the second point is apply to port your o2 mobile number to another provider - in German: “o2 Rufnummer zu einem anderen Anbieter mitnehmen”:
There you need to press the button “Weiter” and afterwards you need to confim that again.

I came to Germany two months ago and upon arrival, I bought O2 sim from Rewe shop for 10 euros and I activated it with my passport. I did not sign any contract with O2 and used O2 sim for two months and now I can’t use internet and can’t make calls because of the zero credit (I think).
Now I want to port my O2 number with Winsim. what is the process for that?
1: Do I need to make a request to O2 that release my number for porting with other provider (Winsim) - (even though It’s not on contract) - If this Platform provide services to process the releasing request then please do this.
2: Is there any cost? If yes then - How much it will cost me to move from O2 to Winsim?
3: Since credit in my O2 sim is zero. Do I need to top up some credit into my O2 sim for that? If yes then How can I transfer credit into my O2 sim for transferring process.

Hint: Be careful that you only make a contract that you can cancel monthly. Like prepaid or o2 Flex contracts. (If you Are leaving again Germany)

I requested to port my o2 number to PremiumSim network which is done on 17 August today and I received a message from O2 that my O2 number is deactivated by O2 network. Before the transfer I had approx. 13.50 euro in my O2 sim which was showing on my O2 app too but now its not showing there.
I want that amount to be transferred to my bank account.
what is the process for that?

Yes, Joe Doe provided me information and I installed the app and did it. I hope porting process was successful as at end I receievd email from o2 saying :
