problem with sim activation


So I really don’t know what to do first of all when I was trying to get my verification via video done this guy that I got was really rude for some reason and I couldn’t hear what he was saying and when I finally heard what he was saying he just mumbled something and still rudely btw and he stopped the video call process thing and then the next time I tried, he told me that I need to change my name and I told him that is the way my name is and just said change it and try again and when I finally tried to try again after literally looking for help on quora because all the help offered by the o2 doesn’t seem to help and isn’t clear at all, now there is no option for me to choose from and I’ve been on this for like four five days now I downloaded the app only for it to also turn out to be of no help and I really was disappointed because I’ve been seeing so many ads of o2 literally everywhere and I can’t even do anything on my phone without getting an ad about it only for it to turn out such a disappointment. Unbelievable . And they just keep spamming me with emails

try again via video identification. There are also other employees. 😉

That is not a nice experience you had while trying to succeeed with the video identification for your prepaid card and is not the way we want to treat and communicate with our customers.

Could you follow Bumers advice and tried again already?

I can’t get into the video ident anymore and I have a really tight schedule why don’t you guys just help the damn customers

if the online registration doesn't work, you can also use the postal service for identification.
We will then send you a POSTIDENT coupon. 
Unfortunately, I can't do that here via the Community. 
Please call the prepaid hotline on 0176 88 85 52 82 (Mon. - Fri. 7 a.m. - 8 p.m., Sat. 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., weekdays)
