My account has now been updated hopefully you can now see my contract ?
I didn't realize I had to register the handy separately under “ My Handy “ from my LTE Data Contract. All data is visible for My handy no problems.
Attempted registration for O2 my Home M results in Error “ All ready registered please log in. That I can do no problem.
However on the account page for O2 my Home M data is still missing Aus technischen Gründen können Ihre Daten derzeit nicht vollständig geladen werden. Bitte versuchen Sie es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erneut.
Please advise further.

Do I understand you correctly that after you log-in with your mobile phone number you get the error-message that you mentioned?

Can a employee from O2 send me a personal message I want to send you screen shots these contains private account information I do have a customer PIN . Naturally once you contact me I will provide the PIN and add further information.
