O2 homespot not working?

Hi. I bought o2 homespot today. I already activated the sim, but I can't access this o2.spot and 192.168.1.1 .what am I supposed to do now? Thank you

have you managed to establish a connection to the HomeSpot?

How are you connected? Via Lan or WLAN? Have you tried reseting the HomeSpot or using a different device?
