There is no option to change my phone number. There is a German +49 when there shouldn;t be. Help pls
Hi
What exactly do you mean? When you have got a contract with o2 germany, then you will automatically have a german phonenumber.
kindly regards
Michael
I am an o2 broadband customer in Berlin. When I go to MyO2 - My Data, there is no way to change my address, phone number etc myself. I had to phone O2 to get a supplement added to my address. My phone number is still wrong. This is incredibly backwards and stupid, why make customers have to go to the trouble of calling up in order to alter simple things like this?
Seriously, this is probably one of the most badly designed websites / customer areas I have ever used. In the UK, it's easy and clear to alter details associated with your broadband account. But in Germany, there seems to be some obsession of internet / phone providers to make everything as arduous, confusing, time consuming and expensive as possible. I'm not sure why everything is 10 years behind here, but I could design a better customer area. Making it possible for the customer to change their data is extremely basic. Don't waste your customer's time like this with your ineptitude and / or willfully obstructive designs. Email me if you're interested in hiring me to fix your horrible website.
Thank you for your feedback.
As soon as a contract is fully activated you can cnange the address and of course also the pohone number that you wish to be used for contact. As long as a contract is not fullyactivated such changes are only possbile via our customer service.
Please excuse any inconveniences.
Regards,
Lars
