I have been searching very carefully for the option to elect to release the number for portability from O2 in the Mein o2 site and the site, but no such option exists. The O2 website says that this online Formula exists, but it does not.
Could you please release my prepaid number for portability as soon as possible.

You should be able to have your number be ported by a different provider, from what I can see you’ve already contacted customer service to release the number. Can we help you with anything else at this point?
