Hi, I ordered a cellphone without tarif in o2online.de website and got an email, but after some hours I recieved an email like rejection and I think my order is canceled :
"Ihre My Handy-Bestellung Wir können den Auftrag leider nicht ausführen."
I want to know what is the problem? and is it like a mistake by autoreply service?

Because of data security we are not informed about the reasons. So please write a letter for further informations to the adress given by mail. Your letter should contain your order number as well as your name, date of birth and your adress. 😊
