Hi,
I ordered a cellphone without tarif in o2online.de website and got an email, but after some hours I recieved an email like rejection and I think my order is canceled :
"Ihre My Handy-Bestellung
Wir können den Auftrag leider nicht ausführen."
I want to know what is the problem? and is it like a mistake by autoreply service?
