my order canceled by O2

Hi,
I ordered a cellphone without tarif in o2online.de website and got an email, but after some hours I recieved an email like rejection and I think my order is canceled :

"Ihre My Handy-Bestellung
Wir können den Auftrag leider nicht ausführen."

I want to know what is the problem? and is it like a mistake by autoreply service?

Every Rejection is sad. JSC mentioned allready the mail which you should have received. 
Because of data security we are not informed about the reasons. So please write a letter for further informations to the adress given by mail. 
Your letter should contain your order number as well as your name, date of birth and your adress. 😊

In the email there is an address in Nürnberg , you have to write to this address, then you will find out the reason for rejection.
