Mobile contracts cancellation form needed

Hello, 

 

I am a Customer of O2 since 2018 and I want to terminate my contract with you and port the numbers to Vodafone ( much better network and services).

Can you please provide the Formular/Template that I need to fill in and send by post?

 

Unfortunately on your website I found only termination formular for moving abroad but for me this is not the case. I just want to be done with O2 contract.

Hello @Old Customer, welcome at our Community. Its a pitty that you will leave us.

Do you have a prepaid or postpaid contract with us? In the Meino2 app you have the option of terminating the contract and you will also find all the other informations about termination. Just look under → Details - Vertrags-Services - Verträge kündigen.
