i haven't received my contact number


I recently bought a phone with a contract, however i did not receive my contact number. Only my customer number is written and there is no contact number.

Hello @Sushanmali,

that is very unusual indeed, as your contract number is normally shown in the space below the customer number.

I will have the invoice sent to you again. Please let us know when you have received it, if the contract number ist included.

If it is urgent, you can also contact our English customer service, our colleagues will be pleased to help you on the phone as well.

Maybe I’m just misunderstanding you, but the contact number would be something that you provide, in case that we need to well contact you. Do you maybe mean the phone number of the contract that you’ve made?

Sorry, i meant my contract number(Vertragsnummer).

Dear @Sushanmali ,

You can find your invoice with the installment plan and contract number under My o2.

If you have a mobile contract with us, you can log in there and should be able to switch to the o2 My mobile contract, so you can access the bill.

Hello, i bought a phone with no o2 sim plan and i need to register my device to get access to myo2 app to view my contract details however i do not have my contract number, i have the receipt and there is a blank space besides Kundeninformationen where my contract number should be.
