now I realized that why is 69.99 euros withdrawn when the subscription is fe 69.99, why is this extra hd option activated with 10 euros ?? I have never used it, please disable this option !! I don't know how this option was activated because I didn't activate it at all

HD is a supplementary charge for hardware. Did you have a contract with a smartphone through a reseller that you extended before the 24 months were over? In that case you still have to pay for the phone until the 24 months have passed.
