Hi, I have been charged extra money and I cannot explain why. I have just travelled in Europe ( the Netherlands, Greece and Italy) and O2 never sent me any message about extra charge before charging me!

As this is a company costs my job should refound I need to have a reason for this extra charge.

 

Is there a why to add a limit-stop the service if the max allowance has been reached?

From where to where did you make calls in Europe? To another EU country or within the EU country? Did you contact service numbers like an airline or a cab company or similar?

Hi, I contacted costumer support of airline companies but online, I never called anyone. 
I travelled in Greece and the Netherlands. I was in the USA but I disabled roaming option.. 

how can I avoid these charges in the future ?

I am sorry that you have incurred these costs. Unfortunately, I can't say exactly where they came from. Were you at sea or did you have the Internet on for a short time in the USA? 

To avoid such costs in the future, it is recommended to use a local prepaid card.
