I have just gotten o2 service with a multicard plan. For one of my phones I need to use an eSIM. I was able to order the eSim and set it up via the portal, however my phone reset after the installation and lost the eSIM profile before I activated it. As such, the physical SIM still works, but I am lost on the eSIM. It seems it will not activate, likely as it is trying to reach the phone and can’t, I can’t reinstall the eSIM as it says “already downloaded”, and I cannot order a replacement eSIM until this one is active. I tried to call support, but they hung up on me after being on hold for 25 minutes. What can I do?
