Hi.

I was getting error in order query and I couldn't query. But today I got an e-mail from you for e-mail confirmation. When I tried to give an e-mail confirmation, the following error appeared in the same way.

Aufgrund technischer Probleme können Ihre Daten in Mein O2 derzeit nicht geladen werden. Bitte probieren Sie es später noch einmal oder versuchen es alternativ in der Mein O2 App.

As far as I understand, I will get a warning that we can't complete your transaction right now for every transaction I want to do. Why do I keep getting errors when trying to do such simple transactions with such a big company? As a new user this makes me nervous. Can you help to confirm my e-mail?

Did you order anything, or did you just receive the e-mail for confirmation of your e-mail-address?

Yes, I had an order and it arrived today. I am very happy for that. But I still got the email today asking me to confirm my email address and I still get the same error when I try to verify.

thanks, now I understand. 

First of all, please activate your sim-card. 

Afterwards, please register your mobile phone-number at “Mein o2”. You find here an instruction, how to do that: 

Afterwards, go to the personal details at “Mein o2” and try to confirm your e-mail-address again. 

If this does also not function, do not worry. Just compare the e-mail-address if it is correct. 

The confirmation of your e-mail-address does not have any influence on your orders.
