Contract cancellation

Hello,

I currently have 3 mobile phone numbers (1x - O2 Free S 2018; 2x - O2 Free S Boost)

I want to keep one, cancel second and change ownership for third.

Can you help me please? Because for some reason I am not able to do it myself in My O2.

I have extended my main number (…...805) for another 24 months for 24.99 euro a month. I now want to cancel other two numbers please.

Then you need to send in a letter of termination for the two numbers you don't want to be extended. Note that you need to give three months' notice to the end of the contract term, so depending on when this is in December it might already be too late for 2020.

Hello, I want to change my mobile contract, sim card ownership, to another person.

I have 3 mobile numbers, I`m keeping one and I want to transfer other two away.

Can you help me please?

Great that you already extended one of your contracts for further 24 months. We appreciate this very much. 

 

I regret that you like to cancel your 2 other contracts now. May I ask you for the reason of ending these contracts. If you like to receive a nice offer, just let me know.

You also have the possibility to send us a cancellation letter. Just fill out this cancellation form: cancellation letter

Hi,

I kept one number, but I need to change ownership for other two number. I am not able to it myself on my o2 profile website. Can you please send me a link to a pdf form, so I can print it out and send it to you by post. I see no other way.

Hi,

Currently I have contract and pay for 3 mobile numbers, I am keeping one and need to change ownership for other two numbers. So I can print them out, fill out and send back to you with all details of new owners, also by post?

First of all, I would like to ask you not to open again and again a new thread for the same issue. We do our best to reply as soon as possible. Your reply will not be forgotten. Therefore, all your messages are now here in this thread. 

 

We do not offer a print-out form for a change in ownership. 

 

Where exactly do you get stuck? 

 

You need to mention in the form the e-mail-address of the new owner. The new owner will then get an e-mail and has then to confirm the new ownership.

Ok, I`m sorry, I had no idea how it works.

I am trying in my o2 profile since Monday. When I click on “Vertragsinhaberwechsel” 3 blue blinking dots show up and but I always come back to the same page, nothing`s happenning. I tried in Chrome, Edge, on my mobile and also inside o2 mobile app. All the same. 

Can you call me please and help me do it?

thanks for your feedback. Here in our English community, we do not offer recalls. 

 

  • You arrive then directly at “Mein o2” and you just need to choose the mobile phone number that you like to transfer to another owner by pressing the button “Weiter”. 
  • You arrive then at this page: 

    and you just need to fill in the first and last name of the new owner together with his/ her e-mail-address. 

  • The new owner will then get an e-mail with a link to order his/ her new ownership. It looks like the following: 

    sample e-mail that the new owner gets
  • The new owner then just needs to follow the link and fill out the form for his new ownership and confirm it. 
  • The order for the new ownership will cost 29,99 € that the new owner will be charged with. 

I hope you now manage to order the new ownership with these instructions.

What is the email adress I can use to send new owners details to? Theirs email addresses, names and home address?

So O2 can do the rest. To explain them directly what to do next. Can you please help me with that?

I forwarded your issue to our technical department. They will clarify with you how to order the change of ownership. Most probably you will receive a form for the change of ownership from them.

It`s been 9 days! Seriously? I am loosing that patience. Is it really that complicated to send one form?

Will someone help me this year? 

I need to change ownership of my two sim cards.

Is there anyone competent working in O2? Please!!!
