Hello!

I have a few questions regarding changing my plan “my Prepaid S” to cheaper options such as “my Prepaid Basic” or “my Prepaid Data Pack S.” I'm considering to do so as I’m staying at home past 1 year and a half due to pandemic and I often end up not using the data at all. I still want to use some Internet when I go out, which happens only a couple of days a month.

Here are my questions. 

  1. If I want to do what I said above, can I simply cancel “my Prepaid S” and activate “my Prepaid Basic” or “my Prepaid Data Pack S” online? 
  1. Is there anything I have to be worried about considering changing the plans? (Will I be able to still change back to “my Prepaid S” online in the future with no problem if I want to? I'm afraid of the worst case that I won't be able to use my current SIM card anymore if I do anything wrong in the process of changing plans back and forth...)

you can set the cancellation early, of course, but the pack will run for the minimum runtime of 4 weeks if you choose “zum Laufzeitende abbestellen”.

You’ll want to choose the option “Sofort abbestellen” in order to change the packs immediately and to switch between the options.

There is no restriction or max amount of allowed pack changes, so you’re free to change it how and when you see it fit :hugging:

My last question would be… 

In the plan details of “my Prepaid Data Pack S”, it says * 28 Tage, automatische Verlängerung 400 MB für 2,99 Euro in Deutschland und der EU, where for “my Prepaid Basic” it says * 28 Tage, automatische Verlängerung 9 Cent pro Minute & SMS und 150 MB Datenvolumen.

Does it mean if I choose “my prepaid Data Pack S,” I won't be able to call for 9 cents per Minute and SMS like I can with “my Prepaid Basic”?

" 28 Tage, automatische Verlängerung 400 MB für 2,99 Euro in Deutschland und der EU" says that you can increase your data volume by 400 MB for 2.99 EUR.
The 9 cents for SMS and phone calls/minute remain during your data pack, i.e. for the next 28 days.
If you decide to purchase a new pack after the 28 days, for example with a phone and SMS flat rate, the conditions may change.
