Quick question: Is your contract period coming to an end? Since you are talking about an increase in the basic fee?
We can discuss a change to another tariff as part of a contract extension. A change during the contract term without an active renewal may cost fees under certain circumstances.
What is the situation with you?

Hi Jessica thank you for your answer My contract period is not coming to an end, in June of this year I got the postpaid 24 month plan “Free Unlimited Smart Online (LTE/5G)”, but I need to change to the Free Unlimited Basic Partnerkarte for Beginners 24 month plan (14.99 monthly)

thanks for your wish to prolong your contract to the tariff “o2 Free Unlimited Basic”.
Please be aware that it is not yet possible for you to prolong your contract for another 24 months. As you wish a downgrade, this may be possible when you reach a remaining duration of 12 months, so not before the 27th June 2022.
By the way, you only have one contract. A partnercard with a 50%-combination-benefit is only possible with the second contract. Therefore, I do not think that we can offer you in June a 50%-discount for your first contract.
I understand that you expected another solution, but at the moment I have no possibility to make your contract cheaper.
