Cannot access some links from LTE Router

I am facing an issue. I disconnected my router, went for holidays and connected it again when I was back in the new year. I couldn’t access some links over VPN. Quick google search gave me the result that the problem might be in the ipv6 address from the router. I suspect, something was changed in early December from O2 side which is causing this problem because before that it was working fine.

Strangely, I can access those links when I use my mobile phone as hotspot .

I am using O2 sim in a LTE Router (TP-Link Archer MR600 AC1200 LTE Router).

Dear @balochsd ,

welcome in our Community. :bouquet:

Have you already reset your router?
I'm not aware of anything having been changed on iPv6 over the Christmas period. The APN is still set to "internet"?
What exactly is the problem with iPv6?

Can you reach the links without a VPN?

Kind regards,

Andrea

I don’t know what’s wrong. I can access the links if I use my mobile data as hotspot but not from the lte router. Even though I am using multi sim and the router has the same sim.
Is there any way that I don’t get ipv6 but only get ipv4?

Dear @balochsd ,

Is it possible that certain websites are blocked in your router?

Kind regards,

Andrea

No, nothing is blocked from the router

Dear @balochsd ,

if you have problems with the VPN, I can't help you there, you would have to contact the VPN provider. Since you can access the pages without a VPN, everything should be fine from our side.

Kind regards,

Andrea

No, I cannot access the links without VPN. I can access them by changing my internet.

Hi @balochsd,

is there a specific error message you get while trying to access the links or does it just not load the site?

Best regards,

Michi

It just not load the site

Hi @balochsd ,

we’ll gladly report this to our network department. Would you mind writing down some examples for us?

We’d need your IP, the URL of the adresses you’re trying to reach and the date/time of the last try, We’d exchange these infos via personal message,if course.

Please let us know once you’re ready, we’ll then open up the PMs for you.

Best regards,
Kurt
