I have submitted a cancellation request for my o2 MyHome Flex. I am still waiting for a confirmation that it has gone through. I receive phone calls from +4917688854822, which when googling suggests it’s the cancellation team.
I have missed both of the calls so far (been in meetings at work), one of them just a few minutes ago, but is it really the case that I will not be able to cancel until they phone me? I also don’t speak German so I don’t know if it will be a very productive call if I answer.
It’s a flex contract, and I will be moving to another country so won’t need it any more. Surely my submission of a cancel request should be enough?
