Auftrag Nummer status not visible

@o2_Carina @o2_Andrea  My Auftrag Nummer ist XXXX. I am not able to see the status both in website as well as in app but I received the mail initially with confirmation of my order. It's been a month since I pre-ordered Google Pixel 6 Pro. Could someone let me know how to check the status besides http://www.o2online.de/goto/mein-lieferstatus.
