I have a contract of 20 euro per-month , but I have been charged more than the specified amount . also in the bill its just mentioned as an additional charge only. is there a way to know why this amount was deducted from me.

It just says “ Verbindungen & Services“ in the bill , the amount is €2.34

The 2,34€ on your bill could be a number of things from a call to a foreign country or a special rate number, if you have the “Einzelverbindungsnachweis” active for your contract, the itemised bill will list exactly what you were being charged there. Without that we know exactly as much as you do.
