Wifi - Getting connected without internet. Not getting connected to the internet. Tried switching the device on and off still same result.

Too bad you're having problems with your connection. What type of connection are you using?
Have you reported a malfunction to us, as written by Anfänger1?
You can also test your connection with our o2 my Service app and run a test to identify any errors. If the app cannot solve the problem, you will receive a ticket number for our hotline.
