Hello O2

I am currently in the O2 DSL M contract plan in Dresden, I would have to relocate to Regensburg in October 6th 2021 and would like to transfer my internet connection to the new address. I would also like to ask if I can upgrade my DSL M connection to a DSL L connection while doing the transfer, so I can begin using the DSL L connection in Regensburg directly.

Also, I have a complaint to make as the current connection that I am using in Dresden seems to be very laggy with high latency and ping. Please check the issue with that too.

Hello @nair, welcome to our o2 community :-)

If you are planning to use you DSL connection at the new address on October 6th I recommend to get in touch with our customer service immediately. It is recommended to announce moving to a new address not later than 4 weeks prior the planned date.

You can also reach english speaking customer service if you do not speak german at all :-)

Also if there are issues with the DSL connection please get in touch with our technical departement so they can have a deeper look into this :-)
