Ordered MacBook Pro via O2

Hi,

 

I ordered a MacBook Pro via O2, after having received the confirmation mail I've not received any updates anymore. The device according to the website was instantly available. 

I can understand that an o2 shop doesn't have these in stock so sending it via post is something acceptable in my eyes.

What is the expected delivery time of these devices? Along with that, what kind of keyboard is present on the MacBook since it doesn't state that. Is this a German one or an US one?

I'm travelling to the US upcoming weekend so would like to of course receive this as soon as possible.

I welcome you to our community. 
I'm glad you decided to buy the MacBook pro from o2. Did you order the device online or commissioned from a store? Were you maybe asked to make a down payment? If so, the delivery date may be pushed back a bit.

I ordered it online. Actually today it was received :)

I’m really happy with it and look forward to a good contract with O2 in the future.

Hi @Kennith2607 ,
glad to read that the MacBook arrived in time for your USA trip. Please remember to print out your invoice or order confirmation when you take your new MacBook with you for customs reasons. We don't want it to cause you any trouble on the road.
Where are you going and how long will you be on vacation?
