okay, I understand that. 

 

An alternative is this link: cancellation Afterwards, you need to confirm this cancelation by telephone or WhatsApp within 10 days. 

 

But I regret to disappoint you, an earlier deactivation will not be possible. The basic fee for this data-tariff is 4,99 € per month.

Ok, I understand that I’m giving O2 enough money, with the newly extended contract. 

I don’t want O2 being inflexible about this.

I don’t need this and I don’t use it, and I don’t want to pay for it.

I am ok with starting a new contract with O2 with the things I need and want to pay for. 

This mysterious tariff has been sold to me in a totally intransparent manner, and now we need to terminate it.

I understand that you are not willing to pay for a contract that you are not using anymore. But of course, we have here in Germany cancellation regulations that you also signed when you made this contract. 

 

Additionally, here in our English community we do not decide for any requests for an extraordinary termination. 

 

If you like to end this contract immediately, please write a letter for an extraordinary cancellation to the address that I already mentioned above. Please explain in this letter the reasons for your wish for an extraordinary cancellation. Of course, you can write in English. 

 

I hope that we still find a convenient solution for you.

it seems to work fine. I’m testing the quality with the ookla and getting the following results:

 

It seems that the download speeds are over 100 Mbps. Hm
