Hi, since Thursday 9am my DSL doesn’t work anymore. There is a case open, and the technician (I believe from Telekom Deutschland) should come on Wednesday. I would like to speed this up.
Hi, Tobias,
the e-mail address in MyO2 looks good. You can send the offer there.
So, I’d like:
- All contracts (2 Mobile & DSL) under one account
- Extension of both mobile contracts
- The one 0176****05 should have 20 GB
- The other one 0176***99 should have 10 GB
- DSL should be monthly cancellable (unless I get additional financial reasons to go with 24 months contract) and the speed should be 100 Mbps. I understand that the DSL data volume will be unlimited.
- Due to the fact that the days of communication with O2 people, and being without DSL for 10 days were very stressful for my family and me, I expect that I can benefit additionally (such as max possible Mobile contract speeds and/or more data volume there)
I understand that no one personally has anything to do with the incident I had with O2 service.
So, take your time, think about the situation, and let me know.
MFG
Hi,
Hi
thanks for your patience and the information you provided for me.
I have just sent several e-mails to you. Of course, I also included the inconveniences that you have. Therefore, I made offers with higher data-volumes and with higher combination-benefits for the same price for you. Just have look.
Of course, the transfer of your mobile phone-contracts under the DSL-customer-number is for free for you.
If you like to accept the offer, just click “Vertrag verlängern” in the e-mail.
Pursuant to the decree of transparency I need to inform you about our tariff leaflets which you can download here: http://g.o2.de/travo. There you'll find all details of the product listed.
I hope some of the offers are interesting for you.
Loving greetings,
Tobias
Hi,
can you please, clarify the following:
I can see it states:
Der 5€ Rabatt gilt auf die Weitersurf-Garantie und ist auf 24 Monate befristet.
And then, afterward, I can see that it costs 5 Euro, additionally.
Kind Regards
Hi
thanks for your reply.
I am happy to help you with the o2 Free-option (Weitersurf-Garantie). Yes, I agree that it is a little bit irritating in the offer.
The o2 Free-Option is for 24 months for free. Therefore, a discount of 5 € for 24 months is stated in the offer, at the end of the offer you find the charge of 5 € for this option, meaning in the first 24 months the o2 Free-option is for free, afterwards it is charged with 5 € per month.
I hope I could help you to understand the offer.
Are the offers interesting for you?
Loving greetings,
Tobias
So, I read this like the following:
- In the first 24 months, I pay 23,49 monthly, with this Weitersurf-Garantie (WG) included in the price
- AFter that the prices starts to be 28,49 (now paying this WG)
- I can cancel it immediately if I like, without any penalties
Correct?
edit o2_Tobias: screenshot of your personal offer deleted because of data-security-reasons
Hi
yes, totally correct.
If you would like to accept the offers, just click on the button in the e-mail.
Loving greetings,
Tobias
So, I received five offers, so I need to think.
What’s the difference between:
edit o2_Tobias: out of data-security reasons the offer-links were deleted
Hi
it is the mobile phone number.
Each mobile phone contract is considered seperately. Therefore, the end-price might be different.
Loving greetings,
Tobias
So, I’m interested in this:
- DSL contract: ******************************************************
- Phone contract (****8599): **********************************************
- Phone contract (****3205): **********************************************
My assumption is:
- that I’d pay monthly: 70,97€
- this will all be under one, let’s say umbrella contract so that it’s all combined together and paid as a whole
Can we confirm this?
edit by Thomas3 : The contract extension links have been deleted for data security reasons…..public forum, data protection
Hi,
And again
Dear
sorry it is taking a little longer to respond.
I don't see that your accounts have been merged yet.The first thing I would do is to order the merge, as it is a prerequisite for a combined benefit that cannot be booked otherwise.
We can now also move DSL contracts and since this one is separate, I would move it to your mobile contracts. The account merge is free of charge for you. Do you agree that in the future all contracts will be listed in one invoice and billed from one account at the same time? You will then also find all contracts under the My o2 Login of your mobile phone contracts.
Please be sure to save your DSL bills at home first, as you will no longer have access to them after the move (they will not be moved).
The final price of an offer is always at the bottom of the offer. All discounts are deducted there.
Each contract is an individual contract and will be listed on the joint invoice.
Kind regards,
Andrea
Hi, Andrea,
These would be the things I’m interested in, based on 5 offers I got in total:
Mobile 1: 0176**599 -- O2 Free M
Mobile 2: 0176**205 -- O2 Free L Boost (LTE/5G)
DSL -> O2 my Home L
Yes, I’d like all to bills to go under only one account.
I’m trying to figure out how to back up my invoices?
& again
Dear
yes, your price was correct.
Please log in to My o2 and then go to bills, there you can select the corresponding bills to download and save them on your device. I have created some pictures for you.
Kind regards,
Andrea
Great, Andrea, that was helpful.
So, based on your price confirmation, can we proceed towards merging everything into one contract, the way described here:
And again
Hi
great that you like to accept some of my offers.
The first step will be to transfer the 2 mobile phone contracts to your DSL-contract. In order that you keep your combination-benefit for your “o2 Blue Data S Kombi”, I will also transfer this data-contract to the DSL-contract for free. Tomorrow, I will then change the tariffs of the 2 mobile phone contracts and of the DSL-contract.
So, on Friday you will already have the new mobile phone tariffs “o2 Free M” for 599 at the end and “o2 Free L Boost Kombi” for 205 at the end according to my offers. The change of the DSL-contract will take some days longer. But I will let you know about all the details tomorrow.
Thanks for your confidence and until tomorrow.
Loving greetings,
Tobias
Hi
here I am again.
The tariff-changes were ordered now. At the latest on Saturday, you will have the new tariffs for your mobile phone contracts.
The tariff-change for your DSL-contract into the tariff “o2 my Home L Kombi” will take place on 28th December. You will be informed by e-mail in advance.
Just let me know if you have any further questions.
Loving greetings,
Tobias
That sounds good. Thank you for the service provided!
Hi,
- I’m seeing under my account 3 mobile numbers. I have no idea what the one 0176***12 is about. Can it be explained & deleted?
- I don’t see my new DSL here
- As far as I understand from what I received, a new DSL will be activated on the 28th of December?
- I understand that switching to new DSL will be automatic so that I don’t need to do anything?
MFG

Hi
thanks for your request.
The number -12 at the end is your data-tariff “o2 Blue Data S Kombi” that you have already since 2016. If you do not need this contract, just send us a cancellation to the following address:
Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG
Kundenbetreuung
90345 Nürnberg
or by fax to 01805 571 766
This data-tariff still has a duration until 17th October 2021. You have a cancellation-period of 3 months. This means that we need your cancellation until 17th July 2021. An earlier cancellation is not possible.
Concerning your DSL-contract, you just keep your number. You can just continue to use your DSL-contract as normal. It might only be that you need to reset your router on the 28th December when the tariff-change will take place. You have already received today an e-mail with all the details concerning the DSL-tariff-change.
I hope I could answer your questions.
Loving greetings,
Tobias
Hi,
let’s find a workaround for 0176***12.
The presence of this is nothing I’m aware of.
How much I’m paying for it? Let’s use digital means to cancel it, I don’t want to deal with Post offices or whatnot in Corona times especially.
