I ordered DSL for my house but it is not working since more than one week already! I've talked so many times to the customer service, I've used the "my O2 service app" million times, connect, restart, disconnect, many Tickets opened and I haven't got a solution. Since I installed O2 only one week worked and I am desperate because I need to do Homeoffice!!
What do I need to do to change from DSL to LTE Homespot?
Is it recommend to change? It's only me the one using internet in the small apartment.
