Hi!!

I ordered DSL for my house but it is not working since more than one week already! I've talked so many times to the customer service, I've used the "my O2 service app" million times, connect, restart, disconnect, many Tickets opened and I haven't got a solution.  Since I installed O2 only one week worked and I am desperate because I need to do Homeoffice!! 

What do I need to do to change from DSL to LTE Homespot? 

Is it recommend to change? It's only me the one using internet in the small apartment.

DSL and LTE are separate contracts so no change possible…

Could you please check you LED? Important is DSL and Internet.

Please tell us the status of the LED.

 


WLAN is blue. Internet is red and blue. DSL is blinking blue.

 

 

 


Your land lane has a problem. If you have a ticked than there should be a fix. But because of xmas it could take a little longer...

I am sorry to hear there are issues with your DSL connection.

I had a look into this, you already reached out to our technical departement to have our technicians look into this. They also tried to reach you at the mobile phone number that was provided as the ticket was rised for you and also sent SMS in order to get you to call back our technical departement if you are at home at your router. I recommend calling back via a mobile phone since it may be necessary to restart the router or perform other tasks that would disrupt a voice connection.

If you do not speak any german at all I recommend to call back with a friend of yours who does since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.

Thank you very very much for your reply, I've been waiting for a call or a message but unfortunately nothing came. I have called O2 many times with my bad German but the only solution was today to open again a new ticket and wait. 

 

I need urgently to do Homeoffice during these weeks, is there another option to have unlimited internet in the meantime? For example a sim card for the phone of something similar?

If you are using an o2 mobile phone contract we can activate 30 day unlimited internet for free cause of your DSL mailfunction. 

Unfortunately it seems that you dont use an o2 contract, so at this point i am afraid there is nothing we can do for you.

My systems tells me that you have arranged a tec appointment for thursday, so i am sure the technician will fix your DSL.

Thank you very much for your support, today finally a technician came to solve the problem and everything works fine now.

The problem was actually the cable, I bought a new one and the problem was solved. (in case this helps someone)
